Atelier Versace Fall'13 Haute Couture

The Fall 2013 Haute Couture show at Paris had a glamorous and sexy start with one and only Naomi Campbell walking the runway for Atelier Versace. It was Naomi’s first Versace moment on the catwalk in 15 years. With Donatella’s signature glitter and provocative sexiness, the collection was inspired by the black and white photography of the thirties. Donatella reinterpreted the inspiration with her signature Versace aesthetics without much of newness.

Body hugging pieces featured tulle embroidery, generous embellishment, sequins, crystal hooks and eyes, mink, crystal adorned gowns, mermaid tail, cat suits, croc-leather, scooped out dresses, signature Versace high-slits, sheer, midriff baring looks, lingerie and turtle neck knit long sleeve tops in a colour palette of black, burgundy, sapphire blue and green. Donatella added the required glittery glamour to the fall 2013 Couture collection by accessorizing the look with diamonds cuffs and necklaces.
