The “black carpet” world premiere of the much anticipated film of the year ‘The Great Gatsby’ at New York’s Lincoln Center on Wednesday night was a star studded affair. The Great Gatsby is a 3D film directed by Baz Luhrmann, an adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's 1925 novel of the same name and stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby, Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan, Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway and Isla Fisher as Myrtle Wilson.
