Bella Hadid wore a red Christian Dior Couture gown during the premiere of ‘Okja’ at the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals. This was her second outing on the red carpet post that major wardrobe malfunction when she accidently flashed her knickers to the world on the opening night of the film festival.
