For me this year Blake Lively is already a winner of the red carpet at the 69th Cannes Film Festival. On day three, while attending the premiere of “Slack Bay”  at the ongoing film festival on the French Riviera, Blake wore a stunning fairy-tale worthy Vivienne Westwood couture gown that featured a dramatic tiered skirt and a floral embellished bodice.

Beautiful Blake Lively looked breathtaking in a bronze sequined Atelier Versace at the première of “Cafe Society” during the opening gala of the 69th Annual Cannes Film Festival. With her small baby bump on show, the fishtail nude gown with its chainmail panels accentuated the actress’s gorgeous figure. She kept it simple with statement jewels, side swept hair and nude lips. Radiant!

From the time i started blogging, this is one activity that i always look forward to,creating the best dressed list of the year. A time when we look back on every best dressed moment on the red carpet, stars who managed to capture our hearts with their incredible individual style. It was not easy creating the list this year. 2014 was indeed a big year in red carpet style, an overload of some of the finest moments in fashion. And that is why the list of 2014 is three times bigger than it was last year. Thanks to the likes of fashion’s new sweethearts from Lupita Nyong’o to Amal Alamuddin (Mrs. Clooney) and the established ones like Blake Lively to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's grand entry at the Cannes 2014, the red carpet was flooded with incredibly impressive style moments.

Day 3: Blake Lively in Gucci Premiere : Cannes 2014:Red Carpet

Breathtaking!!!  Blake Lively looked divine in a Gucci Premiere full skirt gown at the premiere of ‘Captives’ at the 67^th Cannes Film Festival. She accompanied her husband Ryan Reynolds and both of them looked great together. Blake oozed every bit of Old Hollywood glamour in this strapless black and white gown with a dramatic train. Now this is what you call elegant red carpet drama. Spectacular!!!

Day 2: Julianne Moore in Louis Vuitton, Blake Lively in Chanel,Liya Kebede in Roberto Cavalli,Zoe Saldana in Jason Wu:Cannes 2014:Red Carpet

Now this is one edgy look on the red carpet. Julianne Moore wore a custom Louis Vuitton gown at the premier of ‘Mr Turner’ at the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Though she carried the look to a certain extent, however, I am still not buying it. The red carpet glam quotient is completely missing. What do you have to say folks?

Uber-glam!!! Blake Lively looked stunning and was every bit of a diva in this beautiful Gucci gown at the premiere of ‘Grace of Monaco’ at the 67th Cannes Film Festival. The wine colour of the gown looked absolutely gorgeous on her. She rocked the red carpet with the right amount of sensuality and elegance. Impeccably styled, she completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings and bracelets. Easily one of the best dressed.
