Another day and yet another identical Elie Saab for Ms. Kapoor!  Sonam wore a tulle Elie Saab couture gown during the screening of ‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer’ at the 70^th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

For her second outing today on the red carpet, at the premiere of “The BFG (LeBon Gros Geant Le BGG)” ,Aishwarya Rai wore an embellished Elie Saab Fall 2014 gown. The intricate details of the pearl strewn organza gown oozed the required red carpet luxury. She completed the look with her dark lips, signature side curls and a gorgeous neckpiece - Ash looked glamorous. But, did she offer anything new?  Or, am I the only one having a major déjà vu moment?

Sonam Kapoor glided down the red carpet in a lime green Elie Saab Spring Summer 2015 Couture gown at the premiere of “Inside Out” during the 68th Annual Cannes Film Festival. The lightness of the Ostrich feathers played with the volume of the gown, and the burst of the feathers on the chest, cascaded down the body of the embellished gown.

She did it again! Lupita Nyongo’ was absolutely flawless and was a vision in this Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2015 graphic striped floral motif gown at the 2015 SAG Awards. And, not everyone could have carried this gown with so much of perfection as Lupita did. The plunging neckline and the fuller skirt of the gown created a striking drama on the red carpet. Good going Ms. Nyongo’ !

For her last appearance at the 67^th Annual Cannes Film Festival, while attending the gala dinner hosted by Chopard, Sonam Kapoor wore a dreamy powder blue Elie Saab couture gown. The colour of the gown is simply divine and looked fresh and gorgeous on Ms. Kapoor. The gown featured a contrast of structured bodice and flowy silhouette. With a slick pony tail, she accented the gown with a stunning Chopard necklace.  She looked absolutely graceful.

I guess most of us were waiting for this moment, especially the fashion blogger community. So here it is. India’s Fashionista Sonam Kapoor wore an Elie Saab Fall 2013 couture gown at the premier of ‘The Homesman’ at the 67h Annual Cannes Film Festival. Her bob hairstyle combined with voluminous skirt of the gown oozed every bit of Old Hollywood glamour and drama. The colour and the structure of the gown can get a little overwhelming for some of us, but I feel she has fabulously worked on the gown. She looked gorgeous in this princess gown. What do you have to say folks?

Eva Green wore an Elie Saab Fall 2013 Couture gown, featuring a heavily embellished bodice and a v cut back, at the premiere of ‘The Salavation’ at the 67^th Cannes Film Festival. The rich colour of the gown against her pale skin, the gliding train and her makeup creates an underlying dark drama of seduction on the red carpet. There is something so saw raw about her look, a kind of dark elegance.

Jane was ravishingly gorgeous and sexy in this delicate beaded long-sleeve gown. The gown fits her like a dream, what a gorgeous body. And yes, she is in her 70s.

The feminine floral and pearl detailing of the dress looked elegant.  Paz was pretty in this dress minus the Red Carpet drama. I found her choice of footwear somewhat boring.
