Designers and Sketches of their Collection: Lakmé Fashion Week 2015

Lakmé Fashion Week 2015, which is celebrating its 15^th year, is all geared up to become bigger and better with an impressive line up of established and gen-next designers. Many of these designers have shared their amazing illustrations as a sneak peek of their yet to be presented Spring Resort 2015 collection.

‘Quirk-E-Sultanat’ by Quirk Box

Quirky and colourful, Quirk Box presented a collection titled ‘Quirk-E-Sultanat’, inspired by Mugal imagery. Known for their fun and edgy prints, designer duo Jayesh Sachdev and Rixi Bhatia created a collection high on color-blocking, piping, mosaic prints and patterns. The quirkiness of prints and colours like tangerine, lime green, sky blue, turquoise, greys  were beautifully accentuated by fabrics like georgettes, poplins and silk crepes.
