Fashion Czar, Karl Lagerfeld recently showcased
Chanel’s Resort 2013 collection at the famed gardens of Versailles. The models
walked through the gardens with beauty marks shaped like the double C logo of
Chanel, affixed to their cheekbones.
The collection with its floral embroidery in pastel
shades has a strong essence of French nobility, something that the nobles wore
to the court of Louis XVI. It was truly a fine balance of old and
contemporary French fashion.
