And this is how an Award Figurine should be designed: Brit Awards 2015 by Tracey Emin

Controversial English Artist Tracey Emin’s design for the Brit Awards 2015 statue was unveiled on December, 2, 2014. The prestigious award ceremony will take place on February, 25, 2015 at London’s 02 Arena.

An unconventional artist, in 1997 her famous installation titled Everyone I Have Ever Slept with 1963–1995, showcased a tent appliquéd with names of everyone she had ever slept with (not necessarily sexual). The installation was exhibited at the Royal Academy in London. In 1999, she raised a lot of eyebrows with an installation titled ‘My Bed’ – exhibiting her own dirty unmade bed with used condoms and blood-stained underwear.

The multifaceted bold award winning artist has again surprised us with her brilliant uniqueness and innovative mind.

Tracey has put her own handwritten message on the light pink statue, adorned with a rosette, which reads:

“Congratulations on your talent on your life
On everything you give to others
Thank you”

Now isn’t that special? Congratulations to Emin for her yet another unique work of art!
