Star photographer, Steven Klein, captures many shades of Hollywood’s golden boy, actor Brad Pitt, for the latest edition (October November 2012) of Interview magazine. The versatile actor, in an interview with Guy Ritchie for his new film, Killing Them Softly, slipped into various characters for the photo spread.

Breaking through all the boundaries, talented designer Arjun Saluja presented his spring summer 2013 collection, titled ‘Rishta’, which was all about sexual freedom, confidence, conflict, attitude, power and strength, softened by femininity without being vulnerable.

Being born and raised in the beautiful state of North - East, I appreciate the initiative taken to explore the hidden treasure of artisans, textiles and tribal designs by the Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India and FDCI, thus helping North East to get into the main stream of Indian fashion.

Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2013

The set – Marc collaborated with artist Daniel Buren to create the eye grabbing magical set. The set had four escalators with yellow stripes, emptying out on a giant yellow and white checked runway. The escalators carried the models in pairs, down onto the shiny yellow and white checked runway. It was indeed a treat to watch the symmetry of the show, created by this fabulous set.

Alexander McQueen Spring Summer 2013

Honeybee was Sarah Burton’s inspiration for the Alexander McQueen’s Spring Summer 2013 collection. The honeycomb inspired collection was a spectacular treat, at times extreme and a fine display of Burton and her team’s unique workmanship. The ultra feminine collection was a celebration of female forms, empowerment, nature and erotica.

Giant Chanel beach bag in hula hoops (Spring Summer 2013)

During Chanel’s Spring Summer 2013 show on 2^nd October in Paris’s Grand Palais, the design genius, Karl Lagerfeld sent Sigrid Agren down the runway wearing a giant white quilted leather beach bag, balanced between two black hula hoops in a semi circle. This bag was definitely a highlight of the collection.

Dolce & Gabbana Spring Summer 2013

Once again, Dolce and Gabbana took inspiration from Domenico Dolce’s birth place – Sicily. The Sicilian inspired collection was a riot of bold colors , vintage prints and voluminous silhouette. As mentioned by Domenico, the collection was an idea of glamorous holidays in Sicily.
