Irreverent and yet wearable, Kresha Bajaj’s creations may not be for the very
faint hearted but are definitely spot on if you love to make heads turn,
anywhere in the world! Kresha has long waited to offer the
consumer a variety of cool, much needed fashion help and clothing that is
finally affordable and also built to last. Customers can sink in their teeth
into a host of products to choose from tagging from apparel to footwear and
jewellery.

Koëcsh embraced a Dark and Edgy theme for its Launch Party at Otto
Infinito, Mumbai on 28th September 2013 for which the who’s
who of Mumbai walked the ‘black carpet’.A never seen
before product display welcomed the guests. Bird Cages suspended through poles
covered in black twigs, black creepers, black roses, black oversized beads and
gleaming crystals. And then, the products inside the cages, inviting you to
look but not touch. The party also saw the revival of Live Mannequins – a form
of display not seen often – models Pardeep& Olga stood all glammed
up in Koëcsh.

The launch
set off as the Koëcsh fashion film shot by Ash Gupta was unveiled. One look at Koëcsh
Love Affair and everyone had their lust list ready. Those who missed it can
still grab it on http://vimeo.com/73130218. Out came Koe’stars Alesia
Raut & Dipti Gujral strutting in the signature looks for the
evening. Koëcsh preferred renowned hair & make up stylist Priya Kapur
for styling the Koe’stars.
And then
spoke Kresha Bajaj, “The one thing Paris, London, New York & LA have
taught me is that people there dress to express not to impress. And that’s what
I want to reiterate here.”
Ranging from fun and flirty to super
edgy to classic pieces, these are designed to fit well
into your pre-existing wardrobe and enhance it.
The absolute highlight of the evening was the ‘Get
Koëcsh’d with the Koe’stars’ wall - a photo-op booth that saw guests walk up in their stilettos, to get
photographed amidst Koëcsh looks and
Koëcsh Kandy –
a quirky display of desserts, juxtaposed with vintage treasures and
contemporary jewelry curated on Koëcsh;that had
spectators thronging to take pictures for their social media feeds!

Koëcsh took its dark & edgy theme to an all new
realm with never tasted before Koëcsh-tails (cocktails),especially
created by gourmet specialist and mixology aficionado Nikhil Merchant .
Doing the rounds were Koëcsh-bites, carefully selected from the Otto
Infinito menu; each of them served with Kresha’s personal spin on the recipe.
Seen walking the "black" carpet and then
congratulating Kresha were guests that were a pleasant mix of the those who
have seen Kresha grow up as well as Mumbai's shining young achievers : Sridevi
with her daghter Janhavi, Anushka Rajan, Archana Walavalkar, Anmol Mallik (Annu
Malliks daughter), Shamita Singha, Anshula Kapoor, Nishka Lulla, Dia Mirza with
Sahil Sangha, Reshma Bombaywala, Aarti & Kailasg Surendranath, Chhaya
Momaya, Ekta Rajani, Mansai Scott, Nina Manuel, Tarun Tahiliani, Sanjay Kapoor,
Anil Thadani, Neel & Jaya Raheja, Suhel Seth, Piyush Pandey, Sushma Reddy,
Suchitra Krishnamoorthy amongst many other guests, who loved the gleaming
brid cage displays with Kresha's jewellery and footwear displayed inside

Adding to the buzz factor of the evening were the
NBA legends of the Sacramento Kings Horace Grant, Ron Harper, Peja
Stojakovic. Dressed in Koëcsh were three official dancers of the
Sacramento Kings – Andrea, Isela & Megan.
