The collection had a strong essence of military style as the designer took his inspiration from various sources including a Time magazine article, “The Best Inventions of 2012” that featured body armor specially designed with a woman's body in mind. He also took his inspiration from a Ukranian women vigilant group who are fighting against human trafficking in their country by teaching the art of self-defence.
